Monday Motivation



It's Monday morning! Time to start the week right. Lace up those sneakers, get to the gym, get outside, turn on some music and get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes. You'll thank yourself the rest of the week.

Pat myself on half a back. I invested in some good gymn shoes and bag yesterday. Will get a membership at the Rec center, and got the 'Turbo Jam' DVD. I just want to know what your fitness routine is, Kelly, and what the heck do you eat??
