Longer Leaner Stronger Faster
Right on track--8 miles down. Feeling good but also craving Yoga to keep things loose!
Okay,the old man has to chime in. My back has been killing me so I have hesitated to get out and put in the miles. But, I finally got out on Monday and put in 5 miles. My back actually felt better. Yesterday (Wed) I ran 9 miles. A little sore today but not bad overall. It does feel good to be back out. Thanks for the challenge. I think the marathon is going down. Keep up the good work. Dad
